How to monitor your fleet of Renogy X systems

Monitoring is an important part of the Operations & Maintenance of solar systems, as such, Renogy X provides network partners with a Fleet Monitoring website available to use from browsers.

    GETTING STARTED: make sure to follow the getting started guide available here before installing or commissioning a Renogy X solar system.

    Renogy X partners can head to the RENOGY X PRO website to start using the service.

    AUTHORIZE RENOGY X

    Once your newly installed system is commissioned, proceed with the following steps (this can be done back at the office or from a laptop) 

    1. Log into the RENOGY X PRO web application (don't have an account yet? Read this getting started guide)
    2. Go to 'Plants', locate the new system just added, and click on it.Renogy X PRO solar commissioning website
    3. Once inside the new system, go to 'Authorizations', and click on 'Authorize business units'.

    4. in the 'Create a New Business' screen click the link all the way at the bottom, search & select 'Renogy X', and then set the external role to 'All plant authority' and Save.

    *It's important to authorize Renogy X with 'All Plant Authority' role so that the manufacturer can provide all the support and maintenance necessary to solve issues that may arise.
